Campaign Support Executive

We’re looking for a Campaign Support Executive to support the planning and delivery of retail media campaigns across in-store and digital channels. Working closely with our Client Services and Operations teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to our retailer and supplier clients. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support campaign planning, coordination, and execution across in-store and digital media touchpoints. 

  • Update internal booking systems and prepare and manage key campaign materials and documentation to support smooth activation. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external creative, production, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. 

  • Support post-campaign reporting, including collating delivery confirmations, results, and materials for client-facing reports. 

 

The Person 

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales, marketing or retail environment. 

  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail. 

  • Comfortable working with internal systems, trackers, and processes, and quick to learn new tools. 

  • Collaborative and proactive, with a “can do” attitude and a commitment to getting things done. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same. 

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Location
