Client Sales Director

We’re looking for a Client Sales Director to join our team, working with one of Ireland’s leading grocery retailers on their growing Retail Media Network. You’ll help connect supplier brands with shoppers through impactful campaigns that drive real results in-store and online.
As part of ReAction’s retail media team, you will lead the sales and planning of campaigns across our retail partner’s full suite of media channels. Working closely with various internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to supplier clients and our retail partner alike.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership & Growth
Lead ReAction’s sales strategy for our retail parter’s full suite of media channels, ensuring strong positioning vs other RMNs and media owners.
Own and deliver revenue targets across both direct and agency sales.
Build a robust pipeline and forecasting discipline.
Identify new revenue opportunities across media channels.
Develop category-specific sales strategies and packages.
Client Leadership
Collaborate with our retail partner to drive positioning of the RMN as a strategic growth partner for brands.
Align with retailer stakeholders on priorities and commercial opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brand and agency stakeholders.
Lead the development of client sales presentations and proposals.
Drive client retention, upsell and long-term partnership value.
Team Leadership
Mentor Client Managers and develop sales processes and best practices.
Create a high-performance, commercially accountable culture.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
Support wider retail media projects, contributing ideas, insight, and proactive recommendations as the network continues to grow.
The Person
Multiple years’ experience in client management / media sales, working with both direct and agency clients.
Experience working within a Retail Media Network or selling retail media related formats.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering against commercial targets.
Ability to adapt and work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a “can do” attitude and a commitment to getting things done.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same.
