Ready to take the lead on big-brand campaigns in the fast-moving world of retail and FMCG? 
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with some of Ireland’s top retailers and brands; working on shopper marketing and retail media creative campaign development. You’ll be the go-to partner for your clients, managing commercial performance and delivering work that connects with shoppers and drives sales. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Build trusted client partnerships and a deep understanding of their brands and categories. 

• Lead the development and activation of campaign plans that deliver commercial impact. 

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for your client base. 

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver campaigns on time, on brief and on budget. 

• Support new business growth by identifying opportunities across our full service offering. 

The Person 

• 3+ years’ experience in account management within a marketing, advertising or shopper agency. 

• Excellent understanding of creative development and design processes. 

• Strong commercial focus and confidence managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and achieving targets. 

• Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude. 

• Organised, rigorous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

• Confident presenter with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
